With Siemasu Club, we invite you to slow down and engage with coffee on a deeper level. It’s about more than just taste, it’s about understanding, appreciating, and elevating every cup. By doing this we are expanding the understanding of what coffee is.

Most Ethiopian coffees are blends of cherries collected from hundreds of smallholder farmers and processed together at local washing stations. Truly farm-traceable coffees from a single producer are still rare, making this months coffee lots a unique opportunity to experience the work of individual farmers and the distinct character of their land. The Single Farmer Project was created to give these producers recognition, transparency, and a direct connection to specialty coffee roasters around the world.
Velvet Forest comes from Mr. Ocholo Bedecho in Guji, where his family cultivates coffee at an impressive 2,200–2,300 metres above sea level. The high elevation and carefully washed processing produce an elegant cup with delicate apple blossom florals, bright lime-like acidity, and a lingering black tea finish.
Amber Ice Tea is produced by Mr. Tadese Teko in Yirgacheffe, one of Ethiopia's most iconic coffee regions. His washed heirloom coffee captures the area's classic floral elegance, offering sweet peach iced tea, juicy sweet lime, and a refined Earl Grey-like finish.
Together, these two coffees celebrate the individuality of Ethiopian farmers and demonstrate how different regions can express unique personalities through a single producer's craft.brown sugar, grapefruit, and blueberry notes.

The payment is handled via a monthly invoice sent by email. Which, you’ll receive at the beginning of each month, making membership management simple and hassle-free.
Cancel your club membership- You can cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to hello@siemasu.coffee with the subject title 'Siemasu Club Cancellation' and your contact information in the message field. The cancellation must happen the before the end of the month so that we have time to cancel or pause your membership.
