With Siemasu Club, we invite you to slow down and engage with coffee on a deeper level. It’s about more than just taste, it’s about understanding, appreciating, and elevating every cup. By doing this we are expanding the understanding of what coffee is.

This month’s selection highlights how Colombia expresses structure, sweetness, and aromatic intensity through terroir, variety and processing. The box features two Colombian coffees: a natural Geisha and a washed Pink Bourbon.
Gesha is celebrated for its elegance and expressive character. Through natural processing, it develops deeper fruit tone. You can expect Winegum sweetness, Apple Cider like acidity, and subtle red grape notes with juicy texture and layered complexity.
Pink Bourbon, associated with Ethiopian heritage, is known for its bright acidity and refined aromatics. In a clean washed process, it shows clarity and complexity. In the cup you can find soft milk oolong like sweetness, apricot acidity, and chamomile florals, supported by fresh citric vibrancy.
Together, these coffees demonstrate how Colombia continues to lead in variety-focused and process-driven expression, where genetics and fermentation choices shape two distinct yet equally refined cups.

We recommend letting the coffees rest for at least two weeks from roast date.
For brewing Geisha, aim for extractions around 2:00:2:20 min for bright cup, using water at 92°C. Keep the brew ratio around 1:14-1:15 and brew with 3 pulses for the most balanced and nuanced cup.
For Pink Bourbon, aim for a bit more slower brew around 2:30-2:45 minutes using water at 93 °C. Keep the ratio around 1:15-1:16 and brew with 2 pulses.

The payment is handled via a monthly invoice sent by email. Which, you’ll receive at the beginning of each month, making membership management simple and hassle-free.
Cancel your club membership- You can cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to hello@siemasu.coffee with the subject title 'Siemasu Club Cancellation' and your contact information in the message field. The cancellation must happen the before the end of the month so that we have time to cancel or pause your membership.
