With Siemasu Club, we invite you to slow down and engage with coffee on a deeper level. It’s about more than just taste, it’s about understanding, appreciating, and elevating every cup. By doing this we are expanding the understanding of what coffee is.

  • Microlots from Peru

    This month’s coffees come from two different farms within the same region, offering a glimpse into how variety and approach shape flavour.

    Lemonade Stand, Peru Gesha at Finca Gramalotal, Yoryi Yimer Berru cultivates Gesha at high elevation, where slow cherry maturation enhances clarity and complexity. His work reflects a growing movement in Peru toward more expressive varieties and precise processing. The result is a coffee that feels light and elegant, floral, citrus-driven, and beautifully structured.

    Raspberry Breeze, Finca El Limón from Maicol Gonza Chinchay’s farm, Finca El Limón, represents the backbone of Cajamarca’s coffee culture: small-scale, family-run, and steadily improving through dedication and experience. By focusing on clean washed processing and careful harvesting, Maicol produces coffees that are balanced, sweet, and approachable, highlighting the everyday beauty of Peruvian coffee.

  • We recommend letting the coffees rest for at least two weeks from roast date.

    • 200 g (0:40–1:30)

  • The payment is handled via a monthly invoice sent by email. Which, you’ll receive at the beginning of each month, making membership management simple and hassle-free.

    Cancel your club membership- You can cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to hello@siemasu.coffee with the subject title 'Siemasu Club Cancellation' and your contact information in the message field. The cancellation must happen the before the end of the month so that we have time to cancel or pause your membership.
