Chelchele washing station in Kochere receives handpicked, fully ripe cherries from surrounding smallholders. This Special Prep lot is made from over 90% perfectly ripe cherries that undergo extended fermentation before washing and slow drying on raised African beds.The result is a bright and articulate coffee, with refined florals and layered fruit complexity. Notes of jasmine, peach, lemon, and red plum intertwine with delicate toffee sweetness and a silky, clean texture.
