  • Jazzy Jasmine – Oma Natural

One of the most layered profiles in the collection, combining rose, bergamot, jasmine and guava with a deeper honey and chocolate character. Maple syrup sweetness and subtle Pinot-like fruit create a luxurious, wine-tinged complexity beneath a polished floral halo.

  • Why Gesha Village?

Gesha is renowned for its distinctive floral and citrus character, with jasmine, bergamot and bright fruit among the aromas often associated with the variety. The variety was originally discovered in the forests of western Ethiopia in the 1930s, making Ethiopia an important part of its story and genetic heritage.

Processing also plays an important role in how these coffees express themselves. Natural processing tends to preserve more of the fruit character from the coffee cherry, while washed processing can produce a cleaner and more defined expression of the coffee's inherent characteristics.
