  • Manuel Guevara’s farm covers five hectares, with approximately three hectares planted with coffee. He grows mainly Pacamara and Pacas, while this particular microlot is a Gesha. Manuel and his brother Jaime have been producing coffee for around a decade, and Manuel describes producing specialty coffee as a particularly rewarding part of their work.

    Finca Maria Luisa is located in Chalatenango, El Salvador’s northernmost and coolest region. The region has become particularly known for exceptional microlots and varieties such as Pacamara, Pacas, SL-28 and Gesha.
