Mr. Ocholo Bedecho cultivates coffee on his family farm in the highlands of Guji, where elevations above 2,200 metres and fertile soils provide exceptional conditions for producing elegant specialty coffee. Unlike most Ethiopian coffees which are typically blended from hundreds of producers at local washing stations, this lot is fully traceable to a single farmer, offering a rare opportunity to experience the character of one producer and one farm.
As part of Ethiopia's emerging Single Farmer Project, this coffee highlights the country's growing focus on transparency, farmer recognition, and exceptional quality while preserving the distinctive floral and citrus-driven profile that has made Guji famous among specialty coffee lovers.
